Office Receptionist

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
This is a full-time on-site role for a 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐮𝐦 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering and directing calls, managing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and performing clerical tasks such as filing and handling mail. The Receptionist will also be expected to provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

Answer and direct phone calls
Distribute mail
Act as the first point of contact for visitors
Phone etiquette and Receptionist Duties


  • Relevant work experience ( Minimum 1 year )
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Clerical skills including filing and mail management
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and other office equipment
